A minimum fee of $25 to a maximum of 50% of the service price will be charged to your credit card if you cancel your appointment with 24 hours or less notice or you are a 'no show' for your appointment. In addition, we reserve the right to charge $10 to your card if you're late for your scheduled appointment without notice. We also reserve the right to cancel appointments for clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late & charge a 'now show' fee.
Hi! Thanks for taking the time to learn a little bit about me. I grew up in Collier Township, graduated in 1987 from CV, studied aviation at ERAU in Arizona. I obtained a private pilot license, EMT certification & Paramedic license from CCAC. And my nursing license was received from OVGH School of Nursing in 2003. Certification in electrolysis & LASER/injectables were obtained in '15 & '17.
